<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">有啥好处呢？<strong style="color: blue;">最大好处，就是建立了互联网时代的信用机制。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">互联网上充斥着大量真伪难辨的信息，如果没有办法建立起信任，就没办法进行交易，电商、社交、内容等很多信息互联网商业模式也无从谈起。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“说到底，<strong style="color: blue;">区块链就是一种无需信任积累的信用建立范式</strong>，任何互不了解的个体通过一定的合约机制，不再需要一个中间方，就可以达成信用共识。”国务院发展研究中心研究员李广乾接受经济日报独家采访时表示。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">全球资本市场上，目前95%以上区块链融资事件处于种子轮、天使轮及A轮阶段，B轮及以后只占3%，说明产业依旧处于早期阶段。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">恒大集团首席经济学家任泽平表示，随着应用场景加快落地，在3年到5年内才会更快发展。</p>
<h1 style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;"><strong style="color: blue;">2、我国在区块链领域处于什么水平？</strong></h1>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">2017年、2018年我国公开的区块链专利数量连续两年蝉联全球第一。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">今年上半年，我国公开的区块链专利数量为3547项</strong>，已超2018年公开的全年专利总量2435项。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">浙商银行推出基于区块链技术的应收款链平台，实现了应收款的签发、承兑、保兑、支付、转让、质押、兑付等功能，有效盘活了应收账款。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">基于区块链技术研发供应链应用解决方案，能够解决供应链上存在的信息孤岛难题，释放核心企业信用到整个供应链条的多级供应商，提高资金运转效率。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2016年，工信部发布《中国区块链技术和应用发展白皮书》，首次提出我国区块链标准化路线图。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">由于目前针对普通人的区块链应用稀少，导致很多人简单将区块链等同于虚拟货币，一些不法机构于是假借“区块链”之名，通过发行虚拟币形式进行融资炒作，实则涉嫌从事非法金融活动。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">对于违规的区块链投机行为，必须不断升级监管手段，加大打击力度。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2017年，人民银行发布《关于防范代币发行融资风险的公告》，将“首次代币发行”（ICO）定义为非法融资，全面叫停。</p>
