<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">该名</span>犯罪嫌疑人叫成某清，男，现年35岁，系番禺某网吧联盟唯一的一名技术员，已经在该网吧联盟工作了10年，专门负责管理该网吧联盟旗下5间网吧共600多台电脑的日常运行和设备维护。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">今年1月，该网吧联盟的老板江某了解到本行业好多人员都在“挖矿”赚钱，就让成某清尝试利用网吧的空闲电脑进行“挖矿”以增加网吧的收入。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">成某清于是在网吧内重新组装了6台电脑专门进行“挖矿”。经试验，江某发现用于挖矿的电脑本身硬件设备成本高，安装了“挖矿”程序的电脑用电量会大幅增加，长期运行“挖矿”程序还会使电脑的硬件寿命迅速缩短，而且网络虚拟货币价格波动剧烈，投资有风险，认为“挖矿”不划算，于是在3月左右让成某清停止了“挖矿”。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">但奇怪的是，接下来几个月，网吧不断收到顾客投诉，投诉内容均为上网玩游戏时常出现卡机、慢、账户经常掉线、无法玩游戏等现象，网吧客源随之锐减，江某让成某清进行排查，却一直查不出是何原因。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">8月中旬，江某请来新的技术员，发现5间网吧所有电脑均被人在开机加载项中植入了“挖矿”程序。数月来，网吧电脑之所以出现上述卡机、慢、游戏账户常掉线等问题，均是因为运行“挖矿”程序所致。江某遂质问成某清是否其所为，成某清供认不讳，并签下赔偿方案，但之后一直不肯履行，于是江某向公安机关报案，至此案发。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">到案后，犯罪嫌疑人成某清供认，其于老板指示停止“挖矿”后仍私自在网吧的服务器上植入“挖矿”程序，使5间网吧的全部电脑均在开机后自动运行该程序进行“挖矿”。截至8月中旬，其一直瞒着江某用5间网吧的电脑偷偷“挖矿”，所得比特币全部存入本人的网上账户中，而后出售<span style="color: green;">谋利</span>。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">至案发前，其通过网上交易平台出售比特币共获利人民币4万余元。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前，犯罪嫌疑人成某清因涉嫌非法控制计算机信息系统罪被批捕。该案正在进一步侦查取证中。</p>
