<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2020年4月15日，市民张先生拨通了玄武湖路社区民警富宏海的电话，言语急切。原来张先生的母亲王某在内地亲戚的介绍下接触了一个投资理财平台，平台承诺一个月即可返还与本金同等的利息，如此高额的收益让王某动了心，她立即投入2万元本金并委托亲戚帮助理财，但在此过程中王某本人从未进入过该平台进行操作。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">张先生得知此事后感觉不对劲，于是立即阻止母亲继续买入，但母亲情绪激动不听劝阻，无奈下他只好联系了社区民警富宏海。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">民警富宏海第一时间将情况上报了值班领导，当日，派出所教导员刘齐带领反电诈宣传小组来到张先生母亲家中，实地为她讲述了电信诈骗案例，并通过网上查询、联系亲戚等方式戳穿了骗子的伎俩及时退回1.5万元。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">第二日王女士立即将银行卡内的钱全部转空，并保证不再继续投资。张先生表示十分感谢高铁新区派出所宣传小组的实地讲述，避免了母亲深陷理财误区与被骗的陷阱中，事后张先生主动提出加入警方的防范电信诈骗宣传工作小组并现身说法，以亲身经历提升辖区群众的警惕防范意识，为打击此类犯罪行为贡献自己的一份力量。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">王某亲戚称他们所投资的平台为某网站下设的理财平台，包含100U至500U等多个理财区间，1U相当于70元人民币，理财人员可以买入不同账户进行投资，例如投资10500元，十天收得高额利息7000元，不需要佣金不需要保证金，一个月收入13000元左右，本金还可继续留着下蛋。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">照此推论，存储三个700元，一月即可挣得2520元，月收入是本金的1.2倍。如此高额的收益让群众在尝到甜头后步步深陷，最终落入诈骗陷阱遭受财产损失。</p>
