<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在USDT/美元汇率持续下跌之际，巴比特查询发现，加密货币交易所Kucoin今日10时发布公告称，由于USDT钱包系统的维护，Kucoin暂时关闭USDT的存款和取款功能。不少投资者认为，此番比特币快速上涨，USDT下跌可能与此有关。随后，Kucoin于14时宣布KuCoin已完成USDT钱包系统的维护工作，开放USDT的充值和提现功能。但是14：30 BTC/USDT在火币上的报价依然稳定，报价6996 USDT。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">有投资者认为，此次上涨中，由于USDT兑换美元汇率下跌，引发一定市场的恐慌，投资者纷纷抛售手中的USDT，购入比特币以避险，从而拉动BTC/美元的上涨。与此同时，随着USDT被部分投资者抛售而下跌，一部分投资者趁势大量低价收入USDT。两者角力使得USDT/美元一直在0.96美元上下徘徊。而在一段时间角力后，显然抛售量大于购入量，致使USDT价格跌势不止。</p>
