<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">DGroup创始人赵东发文表示：我跟大家说说USDT的正负溢价是怎么来的。某一时刻市场开始复苏，上扬，场外资金开始进入市场。Coinbase由于是合规交易所，所以美元入金非常畅通，而通过USDT入金则需要先法币换USDT，再存入交易所，所以USDT在价格传导上就会略微延迟，所以表现在USD交易所价格高于USDT交易所价格。如果有美元海量资金买币，就会出现Coinbase先涨，而USDT后涨的情况。 此时，Coinbase的价格高于USDT交易所的价格。如果BTCUSD>BTCUSDT，因为BTC是自由流动的，所以即意味着USDT对USD正溢价了。这个套利空间，会促使搬砖党从Coinbase卖出BTC换USD，再用USD买入USDT，从而促使USDT的增发。USDT负溢价则会促使Tether收回USDT，销毁。 所以，USD交易所大量买入BTC会导致USDT正溢价，USD交易所大量卖出BTC会导致USDT负溢价，USDT交易所大量买入BTC会导致USDT负溢价，USDT交易所大量卖出BTC会导致USDT正溢价。</p>
