<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">上面<span style="color: green;">那个</span>流程不足以说清楚USDT究竟在链上是怎么完成发行和赎回的，这次咱们就整明白。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">USDT的发行过程实际由<strong style="color: blue;">印钞(Authorized)和发行(Issue)</strong>两个步骤组成，印钞在链上的实现方式是一次性把一笔巨额的USDT打入给<strong style="color: blue;">Tether 基金会地址(Tether Treasury)</strong>。基金会地址后续会将USDT转入至交易所或其他买家地址中，这个过程是发行。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">已经打入基金会地址，但还没转出去的USDT部分被称之为<strong style="color: blue;">未发行(Authorized but not issued)</strong>，这部分USDT实际并未流通。所以我们看到资产负债表中，未发行部分被减去了。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">理解了以上的术语后，我们就知道USDT的流通量怎么算了</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">流通量 = 已印钞 - 未发行</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">我们可以看到资产负债表中除了Omni链，其余链的USDT流通量都是这样计算的。把每个链发行的USDT流通量计算出来相加，就可以算出USDT总流通量了，目前这个数字是<strong style="color: blue;">34.54亿</strong>。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">那么Omni链上那个特殊的<strong style="color: blue;">隔离部分(Quarantined Tether)</strong>是什么呢？</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">它是一个临时的<strong style="color: blue;">硬分叉</strong>，在17年Tether曾被黑客攻击过，基金会钱包被转出了310万USDT，这部分最终被Tether冻结了，因此它并不算入流通量内。</p>
