植入木马！男子转走他人380余个以太币获刑十年半
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近日，江西省上饶市广信区人民法院以盗窃罪判处被告人李某某有期徒刑十年零六个月，并处罚金人民币二十万元。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“我的电子钱包不时会有以太币入账，每当有收益转进我的手机钱包，都会在几秒之内马上被人转走，我自己手动转账都不能抢过他，这种情况持续了一两个月……”</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2020年9月，上饶市广信区公安局接到被害人缪某某报警，称其存放在电子钱包内约384个以太币（ETH）被盗。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">广信区公安局网安大队受理后，立即对该案开展调查。通过分析研判，民警锁定了作案嫌疑人为重庆籍李某某并将其抓获。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">庭审现场</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">经审理查明，2018年3、4月份，被告人李某某利用掌握的“植入木马”及归集零散ETH等相关技术，在为客户缪某某维护服务器时，在缪某某的数据库中植入木马程序。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">此后，李某某先后520余次从被害人缪某某手机应用“imToken”App的电子钱包中转走以太币共计383.6722个，并将这些以太币通过自己创建的电子钱包流转兑换成109458个USDT（以下简称“泰达币”）。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">经专业公司调查并出具的《缪某某被非法获取计算机信息系统案》虚拟货币追踪报告显示：被告人李某某转入收款钱包的383.6722个以太币，在当时的价值约为43万元人民币。</p>
