<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.1 加密交易商CBA (Crypto Brokers Assessment )评测旨在建立高标准、公平和客观加密货币交易评测系统，以协助全球加密货币交易所完善自身平台不足，促进平台各项服务高标准发展，同时帮助投资者全面、客观、深度的了解合规监管，交易体验。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一、平台商服务评测标准：平台客服接待响应速度：将用秒表计算每个平台商客服接入等待时间。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">出入金速度：以开户时，平台商告知的出入金时间作为标准进行判断。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二、日常交易评测标准：各时间段的开/平仓交易，包括市价单，委托单，止盈止损单，交易速度时间取值直接来自API。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三、特殊时段评测标准：点差评测取至API点差记录，并以图表直观展示。 </p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">四、对提交投诉的服务态度响应速度：平台商对提交投诉的服务态度，客服反映的投诉以及曝光的响应速度以及接洽态度，平台处理投诉以及曝光的完成时长。</p>
