投资者围堵火币网：疑遭平台“定向爆仓”

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据Bianews消息，5月15日，多名遭受损失的投资者前往火币总部维权。根据这些投资者描述，5月12日下午，火币平台上包括ONT、IOST、DTA、BTM等多个币种，币价在一分钟内跌幅超过50%，然后又迅速拉回，短线巨震导致很多使用杠杆交易的投资者爆仓。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">虽然火币向这些投资者发送了币价接近爆仓线的短信警告，但距离币价触及爆仓线的时间太短，投资者无法及时采取应对措施。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">更为可疑的是，当日火币平台上迅速砸盘、拉升的几个币种，在其他数字货币交易平台价格波动并没有这么大，以ONT为例，当日Okex平台最低价为72000聪，币安最低72330聪，而火币最低价则为70951聪。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">Bianews消息称，愤愤不平的投资者认为，4种数字货币价格同一时间巨震，是“定点爆破”，有投资者称损失35万元人民币，更有人损失750万元人民币，他们表示将报警请求立案。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">虽然此次爆仓事件中孰是孰非尚无定论，但火币网鼓励投资者使用杠杆业务，一定程度上增大了爆仓亏损的风险。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">今年4月，火币网发布新规称，在五一前后几日内参与杠杆交易的用户，活动期间免收杠杆利息，而平台对杠杆交易带来的风险却没有给出相应提示。对于现在了杠杆业务的投资者来说，币价短线的大幅波动很容易导致其账户爆仓。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">今年3月，火币网突然“瘫痪”了超过3个小时，导致不少用户无法撤单或成交后不到账，错过了一波涨跌套利的机会。受损的用户抱怨，“每次涨或跌的时候，火币都会这样，明显是平台恶意操作。”火币对此的回应是，官网凌晨卡顿是因为行情反弹，访问量大增。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2014年3月21日，火币平台莱特币价格从100元跌到1元后，又涨回到90元，这导致该平台莱特币投资者集体爆仓。随后，火币给出了补偿方案：平仓价格在70元以下的平仓单，均按70元的平仓价进行重新结算。对于此事，李林昨晚在朋友圈回应中还提到，“当年是在事故发生几个小时内做出的（补偿）决策，当时根本没有现在这么繁荣的区块链媒体，没有所谓的迫于舆论压力。”</p>
