敲钟了！吴忌寒旗下加密货币挖矿平台“比特小鹿”纳斯达克上市｜快讯

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">作为一家加密货币挖矿平台，比特小鹿总部位于新加坡，主要运营“自营挖矿”、“算力共享”和“托管”三大业务线，目前是全球第二大自有算力持有者，在美国和挪威运营着五个专有挖矿数据中心。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3月28日，美国证监会（SEC）宣布比特小鹿与其壳公司Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp（NSDQ：BSGA，下称 “Blue Safari”）合并业务有关的F-4的注册声明生效，意味着比特小鹿的上市进程进入倒计时阶段。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4 月 11 日，比特小鹿宣布相关企业合并在 Blue Safari 临时股东大会上获得批准，企业合并预计将于 2023年4月13日完成。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">合并交易完成后，合并后的公司更名为比特小鹿科技集团（Bitdeer Technologies Group），继续由吴忌寒担任董事长，孔令辉担任公司CEO。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“我们与Blue Safari的业务合并的完成是比特小鹿新时代的开始。”4月13日，合并交易完成后，孔令辉表示。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">吴忌寒曾是知名加密货币挖矿公司“比特大陆”的联合创始人之一。此前，因与另一创始人詹克团的“内斗”事件，比特大陆拆分，吴忌寒带走了BTC.com矿池（比特大陆两大矿池之一）、比特小鹿、海外矿场，并担任了比特小鹿董事长。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2021年2月，将矿池业务BTC.com全部出售后，比特小鹿从高度拥挤、短期难以盈利的矿池市场抽身，转做云平台与各大矿池商合作扩大算力资源。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">比特小鹿IPO后，吴忌寒通过BSG First Euro Investment Corp.控制43.6%股权，有88.5%投票权；Zhaofeng Zha持股为13.8%，有2.8%的投票权，Yuesheng Ge、Yishuo Hu分别持股为9.2%，有1.9%的投票权。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">比特小鹿披露，截至2022年12月31日，其资产净值为3.163亿美元，而去年同期其资产净值为2.881亿美元，资产净值在2022年缩水。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">此外，截至2022年12月31日，其财务预测是收入为3.303亿美元，亏损估计为2170万美元。</p>
